FIELD TEAM MANAGER

As a seasoned wireless systems engineer with a decade of experience in the telecommunications industry, our team leader is responsible for the engineering and execution behind all field activities. He has extensive knowledge in carrier networks as well as private networks with a focus on Smart Grids. His expertise encompasses RF technologies (broadband and narrowband), routing and switching, network security, and Network Management Systems solutions.  Our team lead is a degreed Telecommunications Engineer from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

RF FIELD TECHNICIAN II

Our lead Field Technician  is a dedicated professional and adept problem solver with excellent mechanical deployment skills. He possesses 3 years of experience as a cell tower climber and 4 years overall in telecommunications. He is also an Army veteran with 6 years of outstanding performance in the U.S. military. He is responsible for site staging work and installations. Certifications include OSHA30, Aerial Lift operator (Bucket truck and manlift), tower climbing and rescue, advanced tower rigging, and Anritsu test gear (Coax PIM, sweep, and Fiber).

SENIOR RF FIELD TECHNICIAN

Our tower foreman is an experienced tower climber in support of the installation and maintenance of major cell carrier networks. He is experienced in civil construction for telecom sites. Exceptional safety awareness and knowledge as well as time management and leadership abilities. Certifications include OSHA30, Aerial Lift operator (bucket truck and manlift), tower climbing and rescue, advanced tower rigging, and Anritsu test gear (Coax PIM, sweep, and Fiber).

SENIOR RF FIELD TECHNICIAN

Our Senior Field Technician is a skillful Telecommunications RF Technician who is adept at seamlessly integrating project technical aspects with stellar customer service. He is a knowledgeable leader in the field and is certified as a CBRS Professional installer (CPI). Responsible for testing, installation, repair, and maintenance of antenna systems and IP radio networks. He is a clear communicator, decision-maker, and problem solver.

SENIOR RF FIELD TECHNICIAN

Our Senior RF Field Technician has nearly a decade of experience in the telecommunications industry.  His experience includes tower foreman and tower climber roles in support of installation and maintenance of major cell carrier networks. He is certified in advanced rigging, Anritsu test gear (Coax PIM, Sweep, and Fiber), Aerial Lift Operator  (bucket truck and manlift), and troubleshooting and repair of medium and high-intensity tower lighting systems (Flash, Unimar, ITL, Dialight, and Honeywell).

RF FIELD TECHNICIAN II

Our RF Field Technician RF abilities include troubleshooting and the testing of radio networks. He has expertise in performing site surveys, field testing of RF assets as well as troubleshooting of low voltage AC and DC power systems. Tim excels in diagnostics, whether it’s networking, electrical or mechanical. He has a background in construction with carpentry, framing, and masonry.
